How to drink it
Bright red berries on the nose and palate. Light tannins for a supple wine that goes well with chicken dishes. Can also be served slightly chilled during warmer months.
Maceration for one night before the grapes are pressed. Aged in stainless to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
The region – Côtes de Gascogne
Located in the Southwestern corner of the country, Gascony is the home of the legendary d’Artagnan from The Three Musketeers. It is also one of France’s most exciting regions for both wine and cuisine. Home to many indigenous varietals such as Petit and Gros Manseng, it is also particularly known for its foie gras, duck and goose dishes.
