Reminiscent of southern Burgundy whites, this wine is well-balanced and very elegant. Pair with scallops and other seafood.
40-year-old vines grown on limestone-clay soil. Harvest occurs at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Grapes are fully de-stemmed and gently pressed. Maceration on the must for up to 7 days to gain additional richness.
