Winemaking

45-year-old vines grown on limestone-clay soil. Grapes are fully de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration continues for 20-30 days with daily pumping-over.

The region – Languedoc

Stretching along France’s Mediterranean rim to the west of Provence, the Languedoc has been cultivating vines since at least 125BC.  With a constant drive for improving quality, the region today provides some of France’s best values. Spanning every style of wine from sparkling to still, bone dry to lusciously rich, the Languedoc offers something for everyone.
