Considered by growers to be the most noble variety in Alsace, this dry Riesling certainly helps their cause. The floral aromas now showing in this wine will develop more complex mineral and pure fruit flavours with age.
How to drink it
The bright acidity is refreshing and makes for good food pairing. Classic recommendations include appetizers, light Thai dishes, poultry, smoked ham, and fish but this wine is so versatile it even drinks well as an aperitif. Serve chilled.
