Winemaking

Grapes are grown on slopes with a mix of soils including the limestone Kimmeridgian type that is so common in northern Burgundy and in Champagne. Sun exposure is South/Southwest ensuring even ripening of the grapes.

The region – Irancy, Burgundy

Raised to the status of an appellation Village in 1999, Irancy sits Southwest of Chablis on the Yonne river.
